The house offers a bistro, meeting and functional rooms with modern technique, congress hall, restaurant, bowling alley, playing corner for children, children’s playground with basket ball field and football area. In addition, the hostel offers adequate rooms for music, choir, or orchestra rehearsals.

The modern hostel with conference centre is located near the city centre. The hostel combines three concepts for ideal service: 1. The modern hostel with a capacity of 150 beds. 2. The congress centre with a congress hall for up to 500 persons and various halls and meeting rooms of varying size. 3. The separate restaurant with enough space for up to 50 persons.

Important information

DJH membership is required in order to stay at the youth hostel. If you do not have a membership card, they are available when you arrive at the youth hostel.

Room information

The cosy rooms include en suite facilities and all standard amenities. Guests staying 5 or more nights will find a complimentary bathrobe in their room.

Food & beverage

For breakfast we serve home-made marmelade and cold meats produced from our own cattle stock. Our range of beverages is similarly regional: fruit juices, mineral water, Schnaps and Viez (apple wine) all stem from the local area.
